Now in his fourth year as a Lecturer with the department, Sam teaches a variety of consumer science courses ranging from Consumer Finance to History of the Consumer Movement, as well as Direct Retailing. Sam owns Veit Direct Marketing and his extensive direct retailing agency background spans over 12 years, having worked on almost 2,000 projects for over 150 different clients.
Of interesting note, Sam also was a four-year starting punter for the UW Football Team that won the 1994 Rose Bowl.
