Family, Consumer, and Community Education Major
This option qualifies graduates to teach Family and Consumer Education in Wisconsin's secondary schools. Graduates often teach courses in several family sciences content areas such as Consumer Science, Family Relationships, Parenting, and Family, Food, and Society. Many also teach courses in job preparation such as Child Care Services, Family and Community, and Education for Employment.
Community and Nonprofit Leadership Major
Prepares graduates for work in business or community settings enabling them to create, support, and lead innovative community-based efforts to support, empower, and serve youth, adults, and families.
