Graduate Admissions to the School of Human Ecology

Graduate admissions is a shared process at UW-Madison. The faculty in the program to which you apply evaluate your application and make a recommendation to the Graduate School regarding admission. The final decision is made by the Graduate School.

To be admitted for graduate study, applicants need to submit the online Graduate School application and fee to the Graduate School. Additionally, supplemental materials need to be sent to the specific academic program of interest.
